Is Adding Saline to a Breast Implant to Avoid a Subsequent Surgery Possible?

Dani shared some information with me on this topic, which I am sharing with permission. Cosmetic surgery is meant to enhance the appearance of a patient. The primary goals are to improve aesthetic appeal, proportion and symmetry. Notably, breast implants are usually silicon shells that may be filled with either silicone gel or saline.
