Very few agencies discriminate against seemingly fit single men anymore (and rightfully so) so is there any way agencies tend to be on the lookout for this?

Because I never see any news reports about this, and yet you'd think that there would be a number of yet to be caught molesters out there who would go this route.

So he goes through an agency, aces the background check and gets custody of a 6 or 7 year old child, and untold horrors follow.

Well he decides to adopt a small child so that he can molest unhindered, until the child gets old enough to understand what is happening.

But regardless of why he hasn't yet acted or been caught, the fact remains no one knows about it yet, and as far as anyone knows he is a decent contributing member of society.
