But the other day, I was walking through the building and through a door to get to class.

Maybe she just didn't know what to say.

I never thought anything of that because there were other people among us who could answer me when I talked.

When she and I, as well as a couple of other students were in a study room together, I looked her way when I asked a question, then when she didn't respond or look at me, I looked at the other person who helped me out.
