I thought I may had fed him something that upset him and I called his doctor but the nurses kept telling me that his stomach bug is still lingering and we have to wait it out.

Last weekend my son (everyone in the family too) caught a stomach bug and he was fine the next day but threw up the following day and he was fine the next 2 days after that and he went back to school and was fine until last Friday where he threw up again.
