Now she's back in bed but still talking to herself.

So I took her out of bed and gave her a time out, which didn't work, she didn't get the idea that she's in trouble for not sleeping.

I left her alone, but then she kept on talking to herself and giggling, so I got annoyed and changed tactics and tried to give the impression she was in trouble, but she just giggled more, which is getting on my nerves.

She just giggled a lot and said it back to me.

I tried gently telling her no, it's bed time, shh, go to sleep.

Tonight she had dinner, a bath, a bedtime story, and was put to bed at her usual bedtime at 7:30, normally she's out by like 8. Now it's midnight and she's still talking to herself and laughing.

She has delayed speech and because of that, some behavioral problems.
