Strange but I am not sure why

I think she was a bit shaky and stressed probably due to her hormones at the moment so I just stood up and said do you get where I'm coming from?

I confronted her later in the office and said I think it was wrong.

Very awkward with the customer and they didn't buy anything.

I then found her on her break and asked if she could come help as I did not know the answers.

I tried calling her several times but no response.

A customer asked me one and I didn't know so I said I'd get the deputy manager out to help.
