However recently I've made headway by interactiing with my co-workers at my job.

I'm no recluse by any means, but I've always struggled to meet new people (especially women) without coming off as awkward or wierd.

In therapy I discovered that one of the roots of my troubles was my lack of interaction with people.

It was all down hill from there as I slowly fell into a two year long depression that to be honest I haven't truly come out of.
